StreamCache Media B.V. ("StreamCache", "we") operates an edge delivery and caching service. This policy explains what we process and why. We act as a data processor for content delivered on behalf of our customers, and as a data controller for our own account and billing data.
What we process
- Account data: name, email and billing details you provide when you sign up.
- Operational logs: edge nodes generate short-lived request metadata (timestamp, path, response code, cache status, coarse region) to operate and secure the network.
- We do not sell personal data or use delivered content for advertising or profiling.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to operate the service and keep you signed in. With your consent we also set privacy-friendly analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage; you can decline these in the banner shown on your first visit, or clear them at any time in your browser. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Retention
Operational logs are retained for up to 14 days and then deleted or aggregated. Account and billing records are kept for as long as your account is active and as required by law.
Sub-processors
We use a small number of infrastructure and payment sub-processors under data-processing agreements. A current list is available on request at privacy@streamcache-media.com.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Contact privacy@streamcache-media.com.
